ENGR. GODWIN EBOLO (GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR)
He is an Engineering Graduate of Federal University of Technology Akure, and he also did his Master Degree in Chemical Engineering in University of Benin. He started his career in Shell Petroleum Development Company in the year 1995 (Western Division). He then later joins PRESCO Oil Industries, Benin City, Edo State as Operations Manager between 1996 – 1998. 

He then moved to SOURCES LINK LIMITED, a resources and investment company as a General Manager till 2000. He also worked in KGG/ILITHA Joint Ventures Services as an Executive Director Finance and Administration. From KGG, he co-found GIC Oil and Gas Services Ltd. as the Group Managing Director, which is currently on and also became the MD/CEO of Synergent Power Share Nigeria Limited, a power generation firm in joint venture partnership with an American A-list company. 
She obtained her degree in Public Administration from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Edo State Nigeria and her MBA in business Administration at Phoenix University in Nashville Tennessee. She is a reowned Adminstrator who began her career with the then Standard Trust Bank which is now the United Bank of Africa (UBA), she then proceeded to incorporate GIC Resources in which she went into mining of solid minerals before the incorporation of GIC Oil & Gas Services Ltd in which she is the Founder. 

Currently she serves as the Managing Director of both GIC Oil & Gas Ltd. and it's subsidiary GIC Services LLC and GIC oil and gas group which is based in the US where she is an advocate of details regarding finances and has assisted in securing contracts with third party associates.
Dr. Epelle received his M.B.B.S. from Ahmadu Bello University and considers him to be a flexible, enthusiastic, hardworking member of GIC Oil & Gas Services Ltd. He is a certified physician with additional focus on Health and Safety and Personal Safety. Dr. Epelle has conducted many studies regarding the health of both men and women. Currently he serves as the Director of Health and Safety for GIC Oil & Gas Services Ltd.
Mr. Richards currently serves on the Board of Directors for GIC Oil & Gas Services Ltd. In addition MR. Richards is the Founder and CEO of Richard Global Enterprises, LLC and Richard Global Africa Limited which were established as a vehicle to provide needed resources to the African Region. He is also the founder of The Dream Center, Inc. which is a non- profit organization and Gear for Career (a subsidiary of The Dream Center, Inc.) which focuses on finding employment opportunities for homeless, low income and ex convict men. In 2009, with the daunting task and unwavering passion to find alternative energy solutions for his native country Nigeria, Terry set out to find viable companies to work with that could solve the growing need for 24-7 power, through the use of reliable and clean energy solutions. Terry has made it his number one goal to see, not only his native Nigeria, but Africa as a whole become a more self-sustainable nation through a robust renewable energy platform. His mission, who has always been clear, is to bring clean energy as well as other viable economically diverse resource platforms to both developed and under-developed African countries in an effort to promote global competitiveness and self-sustainability. Terry is a seasoned business man and entrepreneur whose determination to succeed in the world of business development. Terry is married with three children and resides in the United States.
ENG QUINCY OSALETIN E. (Business Development Manager)  holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering (B.Eng) from the University of Benin. He is a member of Nigerian Society Of Engineers. He has over 5-years Experience in construction work and Construction Management activities. Engr Quincy started his career in Strabag Construction Nig Limited where he gained vast experience in project Management in the areas of road construction, Building and water works. He later joined Dalex Engineering & Services Ltd (An Oil Servicing Firm) where he Worked as a facility Engineer. He later joined GIC OIL & GAS LTD as the Operations Manager.
ALEX ETUKOKWU (Operations Manager)
Mr. Alex Etukokwu is a Honors Graduate of University of Port Harcourt, Choba, Rivers State, Nigeria with a Bachelors of Science in Geology (Second Class Upper Division). Mr. Etukokwu has industrial training through National Pretroleum Investment Management Services (NAPIMS) in addition to Shell Geosciences Summer School Training. He also is a certified safety officer and has played key roles in the preparation of numerous of our safety briefings. Mr. Etukokwu is a self motivated tenacious problem solver with very strong analytical skills.
